It ensures your program:

  • Does not discriminate
  • Handles complaints appropriately

Public Notification

  • Post the “And Justice For All” poster
  • Include the full nondiscrimination statement on printed materials

Data Collection

  • Report participant data by race/ethnicity (anonymously)

Training

  • Train staff yearly
  • Keep signed documentation on file

Complaint Process

  • Know how to accept and refer a Civil Rights complaint
